What is cardio kickboxing?
Cardio Kickboxing provides the heart-healthy benefit of cardio exercise while offering the gains in agility, balance and coordination that can be achieved through martial arts training. Our Cardio Kickboxing workouts consist of bag work, kicking and punching drills and conditioning exercises aimed at losing weight and improving muscle-tone, strength, and stamina.
Students typically burn between 500 and 800 calories per class!
Who trains in cardio kickboxing?
Men and women (ages 14+) of all levels of physical conditioning do Cardio Kickboxing. You'll be working out with a fun group of people who are serious about getting in shape.
Will I get hit?
No! All the punching and kicking is done on large bags and smaller hand held pads.
I have never worked out before, will I be able to keep up?
Yes! People of all ages, sizes and levels of physical conditioning do Cardio Kickboxing. The first step to getting in shape is getting to class! Our Cardio Kickboxing classes are great for everyone!
Do I need any special equipment?
The only gear that is required is a pair of gloves, and we've got you covered! Our Kickboxing Trial Program ($29.95) includes a FREE pair of gloves!
What is different about the the "Xtreme" class?
Both classes with give you an amazing workout, but the Xtreme class is a bit harder and faster paced! Try both!

Our two week kickboxing trial program ($29.95) comes with a FREE pair of kickboxing gloves and is the best way to try out our program! Two weeks of unlimited classes, Kick-Fit and/or Kick-Fit Xtreme.
